Delicious Taiwanese cuisine! Packed with flavour - particularly enjoyed the fried combo plate. The restaurant is tiny, avoid coming in a large group.

Came back the next day at 930 am on a Sunday and it was closed. Walked the dogs up this morning at 9am closed. Removing one star due to not being open twice when advertised.I live locally and have been meaning to try this shop for coffee. So finally went today. Had a black coffee on ice and a traditional milk tea. I must say service was fantastic. Super fast and the drinks were so delicious. We will be back. Thanks so much.

Visited this restaurant at around noon today and had the whole place to ourselves. There are ample parking space next to the restaurant. We ordered beef noodle soup and pork with dry noodles. Both dish taste good except too much sweetness in the beef soup. The food portion is not big when compared to other restaurants.

Went after reading some good recent reviews but was quite disappointed. They ran out of beef noodles although we were the first few customers in the afternoon session. Their classic milk tea was the worst I’ve ever tasted, it was basically just sweetened milk with zero hint of tea…what a shame coming from a Taiwanese store. Paid $18 for a mediocre sausage bento and $17 for a fried combo platter, way overpriced for the portions. The only thing worth trying was probably the fried ba-wan.

Seriously amazing. You MUST try their Ba wan, which is a meat ball wrapped in chewy glutinous like dough then cooked. It may look weird with different sauces on it but it was GOOD! Tastes exactly like how it was when I ate it in Taiwan.Their rice bowl sets were a equally good as well and gives you more variety of fried chicken/braised meat/tofu/picked vege. The owner Chi is from Taiwan and is very friendly and she chatted with me and introduced more about her food and where she was from in Taiwan. I left with a very satisfied and full stomach :)

I just finished my first meal here, popped in after visiting some nearby shops for something different today. Parking was easily accessible and on entry was greeted with a smile. I confirmed and placed my order from a menu (which was easy to read, and select from).I took a seat and my food was brought out, I got the Braised Pork Rice, Taiwanese Sausage and Ba Wan with a Tea.The food tasted very nice and was happy to polish off all the food that was in front of me.It was my first time having Ba Wan and the owner informed me that there's also crispy version and some which can be taken home as well, which I will be trying on my next visit.I found the portion sizes to be good and reasonable. The decor was neutral with a light pink feature wall which was nice too. Some Taiwanese snacks, teas and rice are available here too.Anyways, as you can tell, I had a positive experience, hence spending time to write this review.Once I knew I wanted to write a review and share, I took some extra photos to go with it.Yummy 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Everything tasted authentic and some items I have never had outside of Taiwan. The fried chicken bento box and steamed Ba-Wan are both very nice. The place is a bit small and doesn’t have many seats so make sure to be there early if you have 4+ people in your group.

A cute little casual restaurant offering Taiwanese comfort food and drinks. If you've been to Taiwan and tried the street and casual restaurant food, you'll find some familiar tastes and textures. If not, you're up for a treat of some comfort food bursting with delicious flavours.Though it's not a big venue, there's several indoor tables for small groups and families, as well as a couple of al fresco tables, and takeaway is available too. Service is very good and friendly. Overall it's a great casual little restaurant that attracts Taiwanese customers and many who have come to enjoy great Taiwanese food.

I would rate this place 4.5 (unfortunately, there isn’t such an option) - Truly an authentic experiences - from the food to the staff. Amazing choices of food at a cosy spot. Portion is decent (though it could be a little bit more) and price is around $20++ for a meal (main + drink). I paid $23 for Braised Beef Noodles and Iced latte. It’s sensible considering how delicious the food is. Highly recommended. Comfort food for any day of the week. It would have been 5* if the location was more convenient (for me) and if there were more chicken, beef and fish options. The staff members ensure that your visit is truly worth the experience (good job guys!). I’m sure it would be a 5* for most.
