Very delicious, meat is tender. Broth is thick and meaty, noodles are also thick which the attributes help it stay thick ingeneral.

First time ordering from this place, thought i'd give it a go. Ordered the standard Niu Rou Mian (Beef Noodle Soup). Decent portion, gave 3-4 big pieces of very tender delicious beef that melts in your mouth, the texture of the noodles were good. The soup was the most outstanding thing that can be improved. The taste of the soup wasn't as authentic as the ones you would have in Taiwan, since this shop was marketing themselves as Taiwanese beef noodle soup.Reviews showed that they did have good soup, if they would make their soup more consistently flavoursome, perhaps it would be a go to place for beef noodle soup

Had this Taiwan beef noodle and it was surprisingly really nice! The beef and tender are so soft.No joke, insanely good!Also, the soup was super tasty. It has a bit of herbal taste that made the soup taste even better! We also had some of the side dishes (pork belly, tofu and seaweed with picked bamboo). The owner is really friendly, she gave us extra chilli paste when she overheard my bf said he loves spicy.Never expected I would get this kind of service in food court.Nothing better than a hot bowl of beef noodle soup! I can’t wait to visit again during my off day to slurping up the hot bowl of broth!!

Badoyell Beef Noodles
One of the best Taiwanese beef noodle soup dishes available in Perth.The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the generous serving of beef is braised till it's super tender and breaks apart easily. The soup base was tasty and beefy but didn't quite have the same complexity of flavour you get in Taiwan.Overall a great beef noodle soup worth going for. If they improve the soup base it'll be perfect.

I don't know how the hell this food gets such a high rating. It was the worst beef noodle soup. The meat was full of fat, the broth smelled, and the noodles were garbage that wasn't fully cooked. If you guys want some good braised beef soup, let me introduce you. Don't even think about selling this.

Love these noodles! Tasty broth.The broth is bursting with flavour and full of tender beef. Quick service, clean premises. It's definitely worth a visit.
